Before First Use

• Remove labels and packaging, then wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Cooking & Usage Tips

• Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot.

• When grilling, leave at least 6.5 cm (2 ½ inches) between the heat source and the top of your dish.

• Avoid placing a frozen dish into a preheated oven. Instead, place it in a cold oven, then set the temperature and allow both to heat up together.

• Don’t preheat above 205°C (400°F) when reheating room-temperature dishes.
