How to Grow:

• Indoors: Sow 2.5cm (1”) deep in pots of compost (April–May). Keep warm (15–20°C) and moist. Seedlings appear in 7–14 days. Gradually acclimatise before planting out 25cm apart with 45cm between rows after the risk of frost (May–June).

• Outdoors: Sow 5cm (2”) deep (May–July) in well-prepared, fertile soil. Sow two seeds per position, 30cm apart, with 45cm between rows. Thin seedlings to leave the strongest plants.

• Harvest: Pick regularly from June to October to encourage continuous cropping.
